Shipping & Delivery:
- Where do you ship?
We are able to ship to the UK, the US and mainland Europe/EU Countries
- Do you ship internationally?
We are currently able to ship internationally to the US and mainland Europe/EU Countries subject to local tax legislation and postal rates.
- How long does it take for items to arrive?
To addresses within the UK Mainland delivery should typically be within 5 working days. Delivery to the Scottish Highlands and Islands may take a little longer.
Delivery times on larger items to addresses within the UK, which are not covered by Royal Mail, will vary depending on the location and the delivery method agreed upon by you, the customer, and ourselves.
Items in our stores pages requiring special delivery arrangements are clearly marked as such and we highly recommend that the customer contacts us prior to placing their order.
Delivery times on orders made from outside the UK will vary depending on the agreed shipping method used.
- How much is shipping?
All items eligible for shipping via Royal Mail to addresses within the UK will be dispatched at the applicable rate for their size and weight, the total cost of which will be included in the price.
Shipping costs on larger items to addresses within the UK, and or internationally, which are not covered by Royal Mail, will vary depending on the location and the delivery method agreed upon by you, the customer, and ourselves.
If you are purchasing items from outside the UK we ask and advise that you contact us to agree the applicable shipping method and associated costs prior to completing your order.
- Can you combine shipping on more than one item?
Where applicable it may be possible to combine the shipping costs for multiple items to be delivered to the same address on an order by order basis, please contact us prior to placing your order to discuss this with us.
- Do you put receipts/invoices in the package?
Typically we would include a delivery note and receipt in your package. If your purchase is intended as a gift to a third party please contact us prior to placing your order to arrange for that not to happen.
Returns and Refunds:
- Many or most of the items on our website are made from natural organic materials so colours and textures may vary and are sold as seen.
- Our Returns and Refunds policy is in compliance with the current UK legislation on Consumer rights which can be seen here Accepting returns and giving refunds: the law on the gov.uk website.
- However, in the unlikely even that you are dissatisfied with, or any of our product are faulty we are happy to entertain a return and refund under the conditions described in the legislation above.
- Do items need to be returned in the original packaging?
Wherever possible the original packaging should be retained and should the need arise items should always be returned in their original packaging.
- Who is responsible for paying the S&H?
If you wish to return your goods, for any reason, within the 14 day time period as stipulated in the legislation above, then please contact us by email and we will arrange for a pre paid return label to be forwarded to you. Once we receive your returned item(s) and it (or they) is (or are) in good order, a refund, if applicable, will be made.
If however if you choose to return your goods outside of that time the responsibility to pay the return postage will lay with you, the customer. Once we receive your returned item(s) and it (or they) is (or are) in good order, a refund, if applicable, will be made.
- How many days from delivery can items be returned?
Normally you can notify your intention to return items purchased online with 14 days of purchase and item need to be returned within 14 days of that notice. If, for any reason, you wish to return items outside of those times please see the Gov.uk legislation above for the appropriate guidance.
- What happens if items arrive damaged?
All items dispatched via Royal Mail or other prearranged method of delivery will be tracked and carry the appropriate level of insurance commensurate to their value so a replacement, in kind, or refund will be issued in the unlikely event that they go missing or arrive damaged. Items that have been damaged during shipping would need to be returned within 14 days prior to a refund or replacement, in kind, being issued.
